The earliest traces appear to be of a family in Belfast in the mid-1800’s. The records show a set of sons branching out and marrying to start their own families. There is limited data on where they may have come from or if they were local to Belfast (more on this later).
There is a fairly rich history from that point onwards down to the present day. I have uploaded the majority of my research to ancestry.com as I also have started to look into the DNA data (stored at Familytreedna.com)
